Children are our future. The Government attaches much importance to the healthy development of children. Over the years, the Changing Young Lives Foundation has been offering a variety of protection and education programmes in Hong Kong and the Mainland. These efforts have reaped positive results.

Under its new name and with renewed commitment, the Foundation will strive to further its mission of promoting children's interests and helping them to reach out for their dreams. I wish the Foundation every success in its future endeavours.
