Changing Young Lives Foundation depends solely on public donations. Our annual signature fundraising event is the Festival of Trees. Traditionally, corporations or retail stores donate a special designed Christmas tree to us. On the tree will be attached $30,000 worth of products. These trees are displayed in a shopping mall to be admired by the public for one week prior to the fundraising event. During the event the trees will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Festival of Trees 2009

Festival of Trees 2009 had a new dimension. This year, not only were there eight trees on display in Times Square, but five specially designed chairs were also on display prior to the auction. The trees and chairs were on display from November 21 to 25 in Times Square. The auction event was a fun evening that was held in the Armani Bar on November 28.
