We believe that young people learn best when we find out what they want, and then help them with it. We believe that children should be protected beyond all considerations of race, nationality or religion.

We should care for children with due respect for the family as an entity. Children should be provided with means to enjoy a normal development, materially, morally and spiritually. None should go hungry, and those who are mentally or physically handicapped must be provided with assistance.

Education must be provided and orphans must be homed. The first people to receive relief in times of distress should be children, and they must be helped to become useful members of the community.
